Scottish Olympian Eilish McColgan stars in the latest campaign for Bionsen, titled It's Good to Sweat.

McColgan commented 'Despite being a professional athlete, there are times during a season when the last thing I want to do is get out there and train. But I can tell you from experience, that it is worth persevering - it really is good to sweat. Not only is it good for your body but, sweating also means you are pushing yourself to new heights'.
